VISITATION INFORMATION:

Masks are optional for all CarePartners and Visitors at this time.
All ages are welcome to visit our Residents. Children must remain with an adult at all times.
Hand Hygiene, thorough washing your hands with soap and water or the use of an Alcohol-based Hand Rub should be utilized before getting a new mask, before, and after contact with your loved one, after bathroom use, and after contact with items or objects in your loved one’s room even if you do not make contact with your loved one upon leaving the room.
When using Alcohol-based Hand Rub:
1. Apply a quarter–sized amount of the product in a cupped hand.
2. Rub your hands forcefully to ensure you create friction throughout the process.
3. Rub palm to palm.
4. Interlace fingers and rub.
5. Rub over the back of your hands.
6. Ensure you reach all surfaces of your hands.
7. Once dry, your hands are safe.
When using Soap and Water:
1. Rinse hands with water to rinse off any bacteria.
2. Apply a quarter-sized amount of soap.
3. Rub your hands forcefully to ensure you create friction throughout the process.
4. Rub hands together front and back.
5. Wash in-between fingers, and back of hands ensuring to get all surfaces of your hands.
6. Ensure you rub vigorously for at least 20 seconds.
7. Rinse hands with water.
8. Dry hands thoroughly with a paper towel.
9. Use a clean towel to turn off faucet.
Rules for Visitation
You are here to visit your loved one – please do not mingle with other Residents or enter their rooms.
Visitors may eat with a Resident if the Resident (or representative) and the visitor are aware of the risks and adhere to the core principles of infection prevention.
If your loved one is in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy those therapies must continue even during your visit.
Multiple hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the building – please use them frequently.
Pets must be well-behaved and owners must sign attesting they will be responsible for their pet during their visit.

If any Facility CarePartners or Residents test positive for COVID-19, masking requirements and/or visits may be canceled at the discretion of the Medical Director, Director of Nursing, and Administrator based on the current local, state, and federal guidelines and requirements.
