She gets along with everyone and seems to really like her job. Recently one of our older Residents who is hard of hearing, was having a hard time swallowing and began to panic. Ariel came over and very calmly, quietly, and directly had her raise her arms and breath correctly. Within a few seconds the Resident was doing better and you could see the fear leave her face. Ariel continued to stay with her and care for her until she was better. I was so very impressed because I was very concerned for the Resident and Ariel made me feel better as well.
