CarePartner of the Month for April 2026: Nicole Carlisle

Nicole does an excellent job with all of our Residents on Whispering Willows. She is kind, patient, respectful, and truly cares for and loves her Residents. Nicole always put the needs of our Residents first. She does a great job ensuring that our neighborhood looks nice and presentable as well. For each season, she goes out of her way with the kind of activities and decor that she uses to brighten up the neighborhood. If you haven’t seen the neighborhood during a holiday please stop by, it is so homey here! We have had multiple family members compliment how well the neighborhood decor looks.

Nicole does activities with all of our Residents, along with spending a lot of one on one time with them. She easily adapts to any and every situation, meeting Residents where they are. We will often her taking our Residents for strolls through the courtyard during the warm months and providing warm soups and hot cocoa during the colder months, which is something they enjoy so much. Nicole truly brightens our Residents days, along with being a great co-worker!

Nicole has been with TeamJCMCF since March 2011 in different roles from Housekeeping to Dietary to Activities. This is her second CarePartner of the Month award.
