If your loved one is not vaccinated against COVID-19, you have the option of scheduling a virtual visit, scheduling a window visit, or scheduling a visit in the Lobby.

Virtual Visits: These visits are done through Skype and Zoom and can be held as frequently as you and your loved one desire.

Window Visits: These visits can be done weekly. Family members visit from outside a window of our stairwell with a cell phone and their loved one inside. There is a 20-minute time limit. Please call our Front Desk at 517.782.8500 ext. 100 to make the appointment.

Lobby Visits: Residents who are not vaccinated will need to continue to schedule appointments for visitors. Those appointments will take place in the Lobby. Please call our Front Desk at 517.782.8500 ext. 100 to make the appointment.
